Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Update
The weather is warming up and we are now able to ship to direct addresses. If you would like us to hold your shipment at your local USPS location instead of shipping directly to your address we can do that. Just notify us directly or put a note in during the check out process and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
We will not ship animals if the temperatures drop below 30 degrees or rise above 90 degrees at any time during the shipping route. We do not ship during snowstorms or any dangerous weather conditions. We will also not be shipping during any weeks that a major holiday falls on due to the possibility of shipping delays (Christmas, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Etc.).
